Do most of your construction photos come from the site superintendent's cellphone or from the kid in the office that is cheap to hire, but does  not know what he is looking at?

As an architect, I have explored and documented sites prior to design, recorded construction progress, confirmed proper installations, verified payment eligibility, and captured the final product. 

Early in my career, I traveled 800 miles to an industrial site for a remodel and addition project.  The tight budget allowed for only one trip.  I carefully photographed the conditions.  During the following weeks back in the office, many questions were quickly answered because we could simply look at the pictures. 

Do you get a snapshot showing the location of the electrical panels, or do you also get a legible photograph in which you can read the assignments of each breaker?

Was the rebar placed correctly?  What fasteners were actually installed?  There’s a leak!  How was this window flashed?  I know what matters and can take construction photos for your use, peace of mind and protection.
